Who we are

Keptra (“we”, “our” or “us”) operates the website getkeptra.com and the Keptra early-access list. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it and how we protect it.

The controller of the personal data described here is Yiğit Türkmen, who runs Keptra. You can reach us at [email protected]; our postal address is in the Legal notice.

What we collect

When you join the early-access list we collect:

• your email address;
• the language and the page you signed up on;
• the campaign that brought you here, taken from the link you followed (for example utm_source);
• which version of the notice under the form you agreed to, and when you confirmed.

To keep bots off the list, the form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile when you submit it (see below).

We don’t collect anything else through this site.

Why we use it

• To send you launch emails. We use your email only for news about Keptra’s launch and the founding offer. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and then confirming your email address. You can withdraw it at any time.
• To understand which channels work. The language, page and campaign you signed up from help us decide where to advertise and which translations to finish first. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the waitlist well.
• To keep the form safe. Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is submitting the form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the list from spam and abuse.

Who handles it for us

• Brevo Stores the early-access list and sends our emails, on servers in the EU.
• Cloudflare Hosts this website and measures visits with Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. When you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your request for signs of automated traffic; to do this it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details.

Both act on our instructions under data processing agreements. We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking pixels, so there is no cookie banner. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without identifying you.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If Keptra has not launched by 31 December 2027, we delete the whole list.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change affects how we use your email, we will tell you by email first.
